Progressive Planning for Waterways

Developed a secured web application to support Waterways consultations. Conducted visibility analysis to define Significant Landscape Overlay boundaries for protection.

Plan for Victoria โ€” Housing Capacity Modelling

Built automated pipelines to process and model housing capacity for 2 million properties over 42 scenarios in Victoria. Collaborated to deliver the Housing Capacity Assessment Platform.

Train and Tram Activity Centres (TTZACP)

Delivered internal and external web applications to support multiple phases of the TTZACP. Prepared data and related information to show new planning controls and proposed draft controls.

Vic3D

Maintained and enhanced Vic3D instances, extending functionality in response to project and business needs. Managed publishing workflows for As-Built Scenes, Street-Level Mesh, Development Activity Models and BIM models.

Public Transport Accessibility Level (PTAL)

Created PTAL datasets for Victoria to measure how well a location is connected and serviced at different times of the day using GTFS dataset. Delivered an internal smart mapping web application.

Delivered a web application that allows users to determine whether a property is eligible for Future Homes development. Maintained and updated underlying datasets in automation to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Performed LiDAR-based tree canopy analysis using a Tree Detection Deep Learning Model. Led pilot initiatives integrating ArcGIS Urban, CityEngine, and Unreal Engine. Demonstrated ArcGIS XR Viewer using Meta Quest 3 at DTP GIS Day.
